These terms cover your order with Same Day Website, a sole proprietorship based in Pennsylvania (“we,” “us”). By ordering, you're agreeing to them.
“The Build” is a $349 flat-fee website: up to 3 pages, a mobile-friendly design, basic SEO structure, hosting, a working contact form, and your domain connected if you already own one. It's built and published the same day you order, before midnight ET.
“The Upkeep” is an optional $35/month add-on: ongoing uptime monitoring, up to 2 update requests a month, and free help buying or connecting a custom domain. It starts billing once your site is live, and you can cancel anytime with no fee.
We take one order a day, first come first served, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET. Submitting the order form doesn't reserve a slot — the slot is only yours once payment goes through. If someone else completes checkout first, your card isn't charged.
The Build is charged in full at checkout through Stripe. We don't see or store your card details. Upkeep, if added, is billed monthly starting the day your site goes live, and continues until you cancel.
We guarantee your site is live before midnight ET the day you order. In the rare case we can't finish in time, we'll reach out to you directly to make it right — either finishing it first thing the next morning, or refunding you in full. That choice is yours, not ours.
Outside of a missed deadline, The Build is a custom service performed the same day you order, so once work has started it's non-refundable. If something about the finished site is wrong or doesn't match what you asked for, tell us — we'll fix it.
The Build is meant for a simple business site: a few pages, your info, photos, and a way for customers to reach you. It's not a fit for online stores, sites with 10+ pages, or custom features — if you're not sure whether your business fits, reach out before ordering and we'll tell you honestly.
Small updates (text, photo, or contact info changes) are covered under The Upkeep, up to 2 requests a month. Without Upkeep, you're welcome to take over hosting yourself at any time, free, no hassle — reach out and we'll help you get set up.
Your business name, photos, and the information you give us stay yours. We use it only to build and run your site.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the site content is illegal, fraudulent, or something we're not able to build in good conscience.
We do our best to get everything right, but Same Day Website's total liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses like lost business or lost revenue.
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version always applies to new orders; we'll note the date at the top when it changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
