This explains what Same Day Website collects when you order, and what we do with it. In short: we use it to build and run your site, we don't sell it, and we share it only with the services that actually need it to make your order work.
When you order, you give us:
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. When you pay, Stripe shares with us that the payment succeeded and a token we use to bill Upkeep monthly if you added it, not your card details themselves.
To build your site, to email you order updates (placed, building, final check, live), and to reach you directly if something needs your input or goes wrong. That's it — we don't use your information for anything beyond running your order.
We use a small number of services to actually run Same Day Website:
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for marketing or advertising purposes.
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies anywhere on the site.
We keep order information as long as needed to deliver the service and handle any follow-up (like Upkeep requests or support questions). If you'd like your information deleted after your order is complete, email us and we'll take care of it.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, anytime — email privacy@getsamedaywebsite.com.
If this changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you're okay with the update.
